This is a very popular replacement where slightly increased capacity is needed. This unit will increase the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with NO modifications.

• Common on Ford DOHC Applications in 2003 & 2004 only and 3.8L applications from 2001 – 2004
• This unit is a direct replacement with NO modifications
• 70 amps at idle @ 950 rpm (90 on HO option)
• 130 amps maximum @ 3000 rpm (170 on HO option)
• The stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles
• Actual Alternator Weight is 12.9 lbs
